Give your child a break from the screen and heavy school bags. Our kids yoga sessions in Shahdara focus on playful movement, mindfulness, and healthy growth.

Safety and proper alignment are my top priorities in kids' yoga. Here, I am assisting one of our young yogis in a backbend using a yoga wheel, helping him build strength and flexibility in a controlled and supportive way.

This video shows our young students moving through a modified Surya Namaskar sequence. We teach yoga in a way that is accessible and engaging for every child, focusing on movement and breath to build a healthy foundation for life.

With careful guidance, we help children explore more advanced poses. This assisted backbend helps improve spinal flexibility and body awareness, always ensuring the child feels secure and supported by the instructor.

Using props like the yoga wheel, we can safely guide children into deeper stretches. This student is practicing an assisted one-legged wheel pose, which builds core strength and improves balance.

Each child receives individual attention to ensure they are practicing safely. Here, I am helping a young student with her form in an inversion, building her confidence to try new things.

Another angle showing how we use props and hands-on assistance to help our little yogis achieve poses they might not be able to on their own, fostering a sense of accomplishment.

This image captures the focus and determination of our young students. With instructor support, this child is working on a challenging backbend variation, developing both physical and mental resilience.

About Kids Yoga: Playful Poses, Lasting Benefits

I don't believe in just telling children to stretch. In our evening sessions, we use yoga wheels and blocks to help them safely reach deep poses, counter the hunch from heavy school bags, and actively improve their posture. We keep the groups small, usually 4 to 6 children, so I can personally guide every single backbend or balance pose to ensure they feel secure and confident, not just busy.
