(Hero Media) I've designed this sequence of five essential asanas specifically to help prepare your body for labor. In my prenatal classes, we focus on safe, guided movements like Baddhakonasana for hip opening and Malasana for pelvic floor strength, ensuring you feel confident and connected to your body throughout your pregnancy.

Safety and proper alignment are my top priorities in kids' yoga. Here, I am assisting one of our young yogis in a backbend using a yoga wheel, helping him build strength and flexibility in a controlled and supportive way.

Our kids' yoga classes are all about teamwork and trust. This acro yoga pose shows how children learn to support each other, building not just physical strength but also communication skills and confidence in a fun, playful setting.

This is what deep relaxation looks like in our therapy yoga sessions. Using props like bolsters and blocks, we guide you into restorative poses that release tension, calm the nervous system, and allow your body to heal.

We believe the environment you practice in is as important as the practice itself. I did a quick test to show the difference in air quality outside versus inside our studio, where we ensure a clean, healthy, and pollution-free space for you and your family to breathe deeply.
