About Strength, Flow & Play
In our Strength, Flow & Play sessions, we break the monotony with cardio games using ladders and blocks. It might look like fun, but you will definitely break a sweat, get your heart rate up, and walk out feeling significantly more energized than when you arrived.
We started Nikki Yoga Studio to show people that fitness does not have to be a boring chore. Many of our students arrive feeling heavy or stressed, and these sessions are designed to shift that energy. We use a combination of Animal Flow, strength-focused yoga with light weights, and cardio-intensive games to build agility and stamina.
We know that alignment is critical, so even when we are moving fast or playing, we keep a close eye on your form. This class is for those who are bored of repetitive, static poses and want to engage with their practice differently. Whether you are using our wall-mounted Iyengar ropes for spinal traction or navigating a ladder drill, the focus remains on safe, steady progress.
We also believe that if you are not laughing, you are not doing it right. By the end of a session, you will notice that the combination of physical exertion and community interaction acts as a perfect stress reliever. We want you to leave feeling stronger, but more importantly, we want you to leave smiling. It is the perfect bridge between a disciplined workout and a social gathering where everyone is here to support each other's journey.
