This is what our hybrid classes look like. We have students practicing right here in the Mumbai studio, while others join us live from their homes across the world. You get real-time guidance and the energy of a group class, no matter where you are.

Whether you are in the studio using props or joining us online, the class flows together. The session ends with guided relaxation, ensuring everyone, near and far, feels connected and rejuvenated.

The energy of a group practicing together is powerful, even through a screen. We move and breathe as one, from dynamic asanas to quiet, seated meditation at the end of the session.

Our community is strong. Students in the studio and those joining online are all part of the same yoga family, sharing the practice together. You can see our custom studio t-shirts on students both in-person and on the screen.

We use a clear setup so our online students can see and follow every posture. Here, we are moving through a sequence that includes prop-assisted backbends, accessible to everyone.

From advanced inversions to deep stretches and final relaxation in Savasana, our online setup ensures you are part of the complete class experience. I can see you and offer personalized corrections.

Using props like blocks helps everyone achieve better alignment, whether you are in the front row of the studio or practicing from your living room. I guide the entire class through each step.

A typical class sequence includes hip-opening asanas like the runner's lunge, followed by a period of deep relaxation. The camera is positioned to give our online members a clear view of the practice.

We use a variety of tools to make the practice effective for all. Here, students use chairs for support in forward bends before we move into seated meditation, which I guide for both online and offline participants.

My guidance is for everyone at once. We use chairs for supported stretches and then move into hip-opening poses, with the online class getting a close-up view for clear instruction.

I set up a dedicated camera to stream our studio sessions live, ensuring you see every alignment adjustment clearly from home. When you join online, I monitor the screen to offer the same verbal corrections I give to students practicing in front of me, so you never feel like just another face on a monitor.
