Experience the energy of a studio, right in your living room. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, my live sessions focus on your alignment and comfort.

This is what my live online classes feel like. I guide you through each movement, like this seated forward bend, always encouraging you to listen to your body and choose your comfort level. You can see everyone moving together, creating a wonderful sense of community right from our own homes.

Even when I am traveling, I can connect with my students online. Here, I am guiding a class from the beautiful hills of Kasauli. It’s amazing how technology allows us to practice together, no matter where we are.

My live online classes are all about helping you understand your body. We work on building muscle, improving balance, and finding your own flow. It’s a journey we take together, one class at a time.

Friday in my class is for a gentle yoga flow. This video shows my students moving through a relaxing sequence. It’s the perfect way to release any muscle soreness from the week and calm the mind and body.

Here we are, all in Warrior Pose during an online session. I feel so grateful to be able to guide my students and see them grow stronger in their practice. We are always looking onwards and upwards together.

In this class, we are all practicing a gentle backbend to open up the chest and strengthen the spine. It’s wonderful to see everyone in their own space, yet completely in sync with the practice.

This is a glimpse into our evening batch, where students are working on leg raises to build core strength. My classes are a therapy that everybody needs, and I am so happy to be back with double the energy.

Here, my students are practicing Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose, in one of our live sessions. It’s a great pose for stretching the sides of the body. I love seeing the dedication on everyone's faces.

About Live Online Classes

Because these are live sessions on Zoom, I can actually see you. I provide real-time verbal cues to adjust your alignment and modify poses if something does not feel right. It is not just following a recorded video; it is a two-way connection where I make sure you are moving safely, effectively, and comfortably.

My online classes are designed to be more than just a workout. We blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and functional movements to help you feel stronger, not just more flexible. I keep my groups small so I can actually offer the personal attention you would expect from an in-person session.

We cover a range of practices including:

  • Fusion & Functional Yoga: Combining strength training with traditional flows to boost stamina.
  • Therapeutic Flows: Using simple poses like Cat-Cow and Cobra to manage back pain and stiffness.
  • HIIT & Cardio: To get your heart rate up and build endurance.
  • Pranayama & Meditation: Ending our sessions with calming techniques to balance the mind and body.

Whether you are joining from a home office, a living room, or even while traveling, the community remains the same. You will see other students on the grid, creating a supportive environment where we all grow together. If you are new, start with the beginner's batch to get comfortable with the basics. My goal is to ensure you feel energized and pain-free after every session, no matter your fitness level.
