Whether we are breaking down a complex inversion or working on a foundational flow, my focus is to help you feel the pose in your own body rather than just chasing a visual ideal.
My workshops are designed to be a pause button for your busy life. We typically blend Ashtanga and Hatha flows, moving beyond basic movement to create a full mind-body connection.
If you are new to the mat, do not worry. I always break down the basics so you feel supported, not lost. For regular practitioners, we dive deeper into advanced postures like Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) or arm balances, focusing on the mechanics and safety of each move.
We do not just chase the 'perfect' pose. We focus on 'Sabr aur Shukr' (patience and gratitude). Every session includes dedicated time for Pranayama and meditation, ensuring you leave with a sense of clarity. From our community classes in Malad West to corporate wellness sessions across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, the energy is always welcoming and inclusive.
What to bring: Please carry your own anti-slip mat for hygiene, and come with an open mind. If you are joining us for a corporate event, I bring the flow to your office space with sequences tailored for stress management and desk-bound workers. Remember, 'Yoga se sab hoga'—everything is possible with a little patience and consistency.
