Yoga & Travel: Finding Peace and Balance Anywhere
Whether I am practicing on a beach in Goa or by a lake in Canada, my mat goes where I go. Yoga is my way of connecting with nature and finding peace, no matter where I am in the world.
This part of my life is called peace. Finding my balance with Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) surrounded by the lush greenery of Goa.
A moment of balance and grace in nature. Sometimes the longer you wait for something, the more you appreciate it when it finally arrives.
As a water baby, the beach is my happy place. Here I am practicing Hanumanasana (Splits) and Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (Pigeon Pose) in the clear waters of Thailand.
Finding a moment of bliss in Padmasana (Lotus Pose) amidst the vibrant green grass in Goa. Wishing you a blissful day.
Meditating by a river in the Canadian Rockies. The difficult people in your life show you exactly who you do not want to be. Choose your response wisely.
It takes a lot of strength to choose a path that is not conventional. Finding my balance and my path in a beautiful garden in Goa.
As a yoga teacher, I try balancing everywhere. This was my first time paddleboarding, and after making friends with the waves, I just had to try a headstand.
Just breathe. A moment of freedom and flow on a beautiful beach, letting the wind carry my skirt and my worries away.
Sliding into 29 with a split on a balcony overlooking the mountains in British Columbia, Canada. My heart is full of gratitude.
As I turn 30, I reflect on the lessons learned on my journey, like this hike along the Skyline Trail in Nova Scotia, Canada. Discipline will take you places, not motivation.
About Yoga & Travel: My Practice Around the World
Whether I am practicing on a beach in Goa or by a lake in Canada, my focus remains the same: steady progress. I do not ask for perfect poses. I offer individual adjustments, use props like blocks and straps to keep you safe, and prioritize your alignment so you can actually feel the shift in your body and mind, regardless of your experience level.
Yoga is more than just stretching on a mat. It is a way to hit the pause button, check in with yourself, and find balance. When I travel, I take this practice with me, not because I want to show off poses, but because nature provides the most grounding backdrop for internal work. Whether you are joining my Ashtanga workshops in Mumbai or looking to build a consistent home practice, the goal is always the same: connect with your breath and move with intention.
I believe that yoga is for every body. If you are stiff, recovering from an injury, or completely new to the mat, we will work together to find variations that support you. In my sessions, we blend physical movement with essential breathwork and meditation. It is not about looking like the pictures you see; it is about feeling strong and clear.
- Ashtanga & Hatha Flows: We move with purpose, balancing strength with flexibility.
- Mind-Body Connection: We start and end with breathwork to help clear the mental clutter.
- Alignment Matters: I provide hands-on adjustments to keep you safe, using blocks and straps whenever needed.
Yoga se sab Hoga, but it requires Sabr aur Shukr, which means patience and gratitude. If you are ready to stop rushing and start connecting, come as you are. Let us take those baby steps together.
