Welcome to my space. This is a collection of my workshops, daily practice, and the wonderful community we build together—whether in Mumbai or halfway across the world.

This is what my workshops are all about: hands-on guidance and personal attention. Here, I'm helping a student with a dropback, ensuring she feels safe and supported as she explores her limits. It’s about progress, not perfection.

If you're new to yoga and not sure where to start, this sequence is for you. I believe yoga is for every body, and my workshops break down the fundamentals like spinal twists and gentle stretches to build your confidence from the very first day.

The energy in my workshops is something special. This was from my first workshop in America, a room full of positive energy and beautiful souls connecting through practice. This is the community we build together, whether in Mumbai, the USA, or online.

Mastering inversions like a headstand is a journey of trust and strength. In this tutorial, I guide you step-by-step using a wall for support, making advanced postures accessible and safe. We build the foundation together so you can eventually fly on your own.

Hearing from my students is the most rewarding part of my journey. In this video, a student shares her experience, highlighting the physical and mental changes she's seen. I focus on finding modifications and ensuring you can always stay on the mat, no matter what.

Don't have much time? Even 10 minutes can reset your entire day. This is a quick, full-body routine I designed for those busy moments, proving that something is always better than nothing. It ends with pranayama to calm the mind.

True balance isn't just physical; it's finding stillness within, even when the world around you is in motion. Practicing Chakrasana on a paddleboard was a beautiful reminder that when the mind is steady, the body follows, on solid ground or flowing waves.

In our fast-paced lives, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. I believe yoga is the pause button we all need. It’s a practice that brings clarity, calmness, and so much bliss, helping you connect back to yourself.
