Yoga is about more than just the mat; it is about the people who show up together. Read what my students in Gurgaon share about their journey toward health and stillness.

A student shares her experience at the studio, highlighting the variety of classes I offer, from Hatha Yoga to Vinyasa. She describes me as a passionate teacher who not only instructs but truly embodies yoga.

It fills me with gratitude to hear a student describe me as a "radiant light." This is a beautiful reminder of my core teaching: "Don't just do yoga, live yoga," a philosophy that we explore in every class.

Beyond our regular classes, I conduct monthly workshops with different themes. A student shares how the community looks forward to these sessions with great enthusiasm, as they offer a chance to dive deeper into specific aspects of yoga.

A student describes the feeling after a class as light and relaxed, setting a positive tone for the rest of the day. This is the immediate goal of our practice, to reset the body and mind.

In my classes, I move and breathe with my students through every asana. A student explains how this creates a beautiful, mindful flow that draws you back to your own self with conscious awareness.

A moment of shared gratitude with my students after a class. This is what our yoga family looks like: a diverse group of individuals united in their journey toward health, peace, and self-discovery.

The smiles and hugs after our 108 Surya Namaskar workshop say it all. This is more than a class; it's a community built on shared effort, encouragement, and a lot of positive energy.

Celebrating the completion of our year-end workshop with my wonderful students. The energy in the room was incredible, and moments like these, filled with joy and connection, are what make teaching so rewarding.

About Our Yoga Family: Client Stories

When you join our sessions in DLF Phase 4, you aren't just another student in a crowded hall. We keep batch sizes small—between 8 to 12 members—so I can personally spot your alignment and help you use props like wheels and blocks correctly, even if you are an absolute beginner or recovering from a C-section.

Yoga is often mistaken for a solitary workout, but here, it is a shared sadhana. Whether you are navigating the stillness of Hatha or the flow of Vinyasa, our space in DLF Phase 4 is built on the connection we create on the mat. That energy carries over into our daily lives, making the practice a sustainable part of your routine rather than just another item on your to-do list.

We move beyond standard classes with monthly themed workshops. From the collective energy of our 108 Surya Namaskar gatherings to deep-dive sessions into breathwork, these events are where our community truly bonds. It is not about how deep you stretch, but how steady you feel in your mind and body.

We welcome anyone who is ready to put in the work. Whether you are a new mother needing gentle postpartum recovery, a working professional managing stress, or someone seeking injury management, the environment here is supportive, not competitive. Props are not cheats; they are bridges that help you reach better alignment safely. Consistency is the only path to real change, and we are here to celebrate every small step you take toward that inner fire of discipline, or what we call Tapas.
