Workout Composition
- Methodology: Uses the 3x3x3 method (3 moves, 3 rounds).
- Equipment: Neoprene dumbbells (1kg-3kg), ankle weights, and resistance bands.
- Cardio: Low-impact flows using Aerobic Steppers (no jumping).
- Mobility: Includes Yoga Wheel and blocks for spinal health.

- Flooring: Wooden laminate and soft turf zones.
- Environment: Air-conditioned space.
- Amenities: Residential-style changing area and storage cubbies.
1-on-1 Specialized Personal Training
Customization & Assessment
- Analysis: Includes initial Postural Analysis to identify imbalances.
- Focus Areas: Tailored for specific goals like Diastasis Recti recovery or Wedding Prep.
- Support: Includes general non-medical dietary and lifestyle advice.
Session Format
- Exclusivity: 1-on-1 private coaching with Komal Sodhi.
- Timing: Flexible scheduling outside of group batch hours.

Why I Train This Way
For me, functional fitness is personal. I see it as an extension of my yoga journey - not just about losing weight or chasing "abs", but building a body that can handle whatever real life throws at you. It's about feeling steady, grounded, and yes, a bit unstoppable.
What To Expect
- Every session is built around your core, because that's your real power source. We'll work on moves that help your back, improve posture, and make you strong from inside out. Soreness is normal at first, but you'll feel the difference, especially during those daily tasks that suddenly get easier.
- My approach: Strong > Skinny. We don't train just for looks, but for real, lasting strength.
- I use a mix of mat work, benches, and light equipment - dumbbells, resistance bands, Pilates balls, ankle weights. I keep things interesting and easy to follow.
- Expect low impact strength workouts, so your joints don’t take a beating. Think Dance Aerobics, Chair Cardio, and lighter weights mixed with Pilates and Barre moves for lean muscle.
- Special programs for different chapters - like women's core strength program for brides-to-be and postpartum fitness recovery for new moms (especially after C-section).
- All ages and fitness backgrounds are welcome. If you want to build strength you can actually use, and feel good in your body, I’m here for that journey.

My Story
Hey, I’m Komal – 17 years in Gurgaon, running this studio that’s more than just yoga mats and poses. My journey kicked off with ‘Om Gan Ganpataye Namaha’ and that’s still my anchor, my ‘antargyan’ (inner wisdom). Dad taught me to show up, pind di zameen (village roots) taught me to stay grounded. Sometimes I’m in a field with my sister, sometimes skydiving in Dubai – it’s all gratitude and living free, inside and out.
