About Mindfulness & Meditation
I see mindfulness as a journey inward, not just another wellness trend. My sessions are for anyone wanting to slow down and actually feel their breath or just need a safe space to let things out. I always start with mental health, not just physical poses. Here, your breakdowns and breakthroughs are both welcome.
What My Practice Looks Like
- I blend guided meditation, breathwork (Pranayama), and sometimes Tai Chi (think: slow, meditative movement).
- We begin with simple guided breathing exercises for anxiety, using step-by-step methods that are easy to follow even if you’ve never meditated before.
- Mantra meditation and small rituals, like lighting a diya, make the sessions feel personal. Sometimes, we sit in darkness for a few minutes - sounds intense, but it helps you face your thoughts without drama.
- I use handmade incense for aromatherapy. It sets the mood and helps everyone settle in.
Breathwork for Everyday Life
- Before anything fancy, I teach how to breathe with intention. Pranayama for better sleep is a big focus - especially Anulom Vilom and Equal Part Breathing to help if you’re tossing at night.
- Other days, it’s about finding energy or calm with techniques like Deep Belly Breathing and Kapalabhati.
Movement as Meditation
- If you’re restless, I bring in Tai Chi. It feels like moving meditation, barefoot, just to get grounded. Even five minutes can change your day.
All these practices are meant to spill into your everyday life—what we call daily sadhana routine. I’m just here to help you find steadiness, even when things get crazy.

My Story
Hey, I’m Komal – 17 years in Gurgaon, running this studio that’s more than just yoga mats and poses. My journey kicked off with ‘Om Gan Ganpataye Namaha’ and that’s still my anchor, my ‘antargyan’ (inner wisdom). Dad taught me to show up, pind di zameen (village roots) taught me to stay grounded. Sometimes I’m in a field with my sister, sometimes skydiving in Dubai – it’s all gratitude and living free, inside and out.
My Work
Yoga & Fitness Classes - We offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Gentle Yoga for beginners, Mat Pilates, Core Functional Training, and meditation workshops.
More Than Just a Workout - People stay for the yoga - we focus on breath, mind, and that stillness you rarely get elsewhere.
Community Vibes - Seventeen years strong in Gurgaon – we grow together, not just stretch and go. It’s a yoga family.
Yoga For Every Body - Doesn’t matter if you’re stiff or a pro. Props aren’t cheats, they’re bridges to better alignment.
Consistency Over Perfection - Real change? It’s about showing up. We guide you, celebrate every step. Consistency is key.
