My Kind of Yoga

I’m Komal, and my yoga sessions are totally ‘kuch alag’ (something different). If you’re used to slow, spiritual yoga, just know that’s not what I do. My vibe is more high-energy, fun, and geared towards people who love to stay active. I blend my dance fitness background with yoga moves that actually help you recover from tough workouts.

What We Focus On

  • I make sure our yoga is the perfect cool-down after your main workout. No heavy philosophy, just straight-up moves that help your body chill out.
  • Flexibility is a big deal here. We tackle stretches that really open up your muscles and joints, so you feel less stiff and more ready for action. That’s why ‘Yoga for flexibility’ is always in the mix.
  • Balance is another focus. Simple poses, but effective - so you don’t feel lost or awkward.
  • The goal is active recovery. I want you to walk out feeling relaxed and stronger, not bored or sleepy.

My Story

Hey! Komal here. Gemini brain, always jumping between ideas and places – sometimes hills, sometimes Udaipur. I live for wild experiences (giant swing, anyone?), but I’m also super desi at heart. Festivals like Teej, Janmashtami, and family mean everything. My ladoo (Krishna) keeps me grounded. Feel blessed, bas nazar na lag jaye. I believe in being real – you’re fab, ignore baklol log (silly people). Just be yourself, yaar!

My Work

Classes I Offer - Certified international Zumba instructor. I teach Zumba, Pool Zumba in Rohtak, Yoga, and dance fitness like Bhangra and Bollywood.

Cardio is a Party - Cardio boring? Bilkul nahi! My Bollywood dance fitness and Bhangra workouts are full-on fun, every session feels like a party.

Fitness with Masti - No strict rules, just enjoy. We dance, sweat, laugh, and get fit together. Regular Zumba lifts your mood too.

Always Something New - Started Pool Zumba in Rohtak – Aqua Zumba sessions were a hit. I keep bringing new dhamaal (fun) every time.

Cool Down and Stretch - After every class, we chill with light cardio and stretching. Recovery is as important as the workout.
