A look into my hybrid class, where I guide students both in the studio and online. Here, I am demonstrating a pose while students on Zoom follow along, ensuring everyone receives personal attention.

In my class, every student is seen. I walk around the room, observing and adjusting, ensuring that each person is practicing safely and correctly, whether they are a beginner or an advanced practitioner.

You will not see students blindly mimicking poses in my classes. We treat the practice like a laboratory for the body, using props like chairs, belts, and rope walls to ensure your alignment is exact, not approximate. If you have been living with chronic pain, it is because your body's alignment is leaking energy, and my role is to help you fix those mechanical leaks one posture at a time.
