Yogakshema is not just a studio. It is a space designed for precision, deep healing, and quiet introspection, away from the chaos of Delhi.

"Yoga is a golden key which unlocks the door to peace, tranquility and joy." This quote from B.K.S. Iyengar is embodied in the very architecture and atmosphere of my center, Yogakshema.

A glimpse of the serene entrance to Yogakshema, adorned with flowers. This is the beginning of your journey into a space of peace and healing.

The main hall at Yogakshema, prepared for a class. The space is open, airy, and filled with a sense of calm, ready to welcome students.

An exterior view of the center, showing its unique architecture and integration with the surrounding nature. It is a true sanctuary in the heart of Delhi.

The beautiful pond and lush greenery that surround Yogakshema. This connection to nature is an essential part of the healing environment I have created.

The yoga mats and blankets, neatly arranged and ready for practice. This image reflects the order, discipline, and care that are central to the Iyengar method.

The tranquil pond and garden at Yogakshema. This serene environment helps to calm the mind and prepare the body for a deep and focused practice.

The entrance to Yogakshema, decorated with marigolds for a special occasion. This path leads you into a world of healing, community, and self-discovery.

From the portrait of Guruji to the tranquil pond at dusk, this video captures the soul of Yogakshema. It is a place to find alignment, not just in your body, but in your life.

About Our Sanctuary: The Yogakshema Center

When you step into this space, you will notice the wooden flooring and the deliberate absence of mirrors. We remove mirrors not to hide your form, but to stop you from looking outward for validation. You are here to feel your bones and muscles align, not to judge your reflection. Whether you are using the rope wall or the trestle, this silence is necessary to observe the subtle, internal movements of your body.
