The simple yet powerful Marjaryasana, or Cat-Cow Pose, is excellent for relieving back pain, sciatica, and stress. This is a core movement in my classes for improving spinal flexibility and releasing tension.

Correct alignment is key to preventing injury and getting the full benefit of a pose. This guide shows the right and wrong way to do Pigeon Pose, focusing on keeping the hips and shoulders level to safely open the hips.
