We use steppers, kettlebells, and agility cones to keep things moving. It’s hard work, but you’ll actually enjoy the challenge of getting stronger.

We don't just stand around. My sessions are designed to keep your heart rate up and your muscles engaged. Whether we are using steppers for a functional circuit or throwing around dumbbells to mix strength with cardio, the goal is total body conditioning. You will find that my sessions are:
