No kettlebell? No problem. You can get creative and use a weight plate for swings, a fantastic functional exercise for building explosive hip power and cardiovascular endurance.

The kettlebell clean and press is a full-body movement that develops explosive power, coordination, and shoulder stability.

This fat blast circuit combines single-leg squats for balance and strength with hollow rocks for core stability. This is functional training at its best.

Get explosive with overhead medicine ball slams. This is a fantastic exercise for developing core power, relieving stress, and getting a great cardio workout.
