Agility and coordination are key components of fitness. This client is using an agility ladder for footwork drills, which improves speed and quickness.

This is a great HIIT circuit. My client is doing hurdle jumps immediately followed by dumbbell lateral raises to build explosive power and shoulder strength simultaneously.

We use plyometrics like these jump squats to build explosive power in the legs. This type of functional training helps improve athletic performance and burn calories.
