About this collection
My Warrior Strength sessions are split down the middle, 30 minutes of cardio to spike your heart rate, followed by 30 minutes of Get Pumped weight training. It is effective, sweaty, and because we use multi-planar movements, you are not just building muscle, you are training your body to handle real-life challenges like lifting, carrying, and moving with ease.
Whether you are in Indiranagar, Central Bangalore, Domlur, or Cunningham Road, I run these sessions to be the most efficient hour of your day. The format is designed to be smart and safe, which means I am always there to help with form correction and provide modifications if you need a low-impact option.
Many people think functional training is just heavy lifting, but here we keep it fun. We use dumbbells and functional patterns that mirror how you move in the real world. You will leave feeling strong, refreshed, and grounded, which is the whole point of the Warrior vibe.
We rotate through premium studios like Chakra Athletica and Copper+Cloves, so you get a great environment along with your workout. If you are new, start with a single drop-in session to test the waters. If you are ready to commit, the 8-class package is your best bet for priority slot reservation and consistent progress. I am there to guide you, hype you up, and make sure you walk out feeling like you can take on anything.
