My Approach to Strength and Mindful Movement
Fitness is not about punishment, it is about showing up for yourself. This is my world—a balance of raw gym strength and the mindful focus of yoga.
For me, strength training is a form of self-care. Mastering foundational compound lifts like the deadlift is key to building a strong back and core, and it's something we will work on together in our one-on-one sessions.
This is more than just a workout; it's about pushing through challenges with kindness to yourself. Here, I am doing a cable squat, a great exercise for building lower body strength while maintaining tension and control.
Leg day is non-negotiable for building a strong foundation. This is a glimpse into a typical leg day workout, where we mix different exercises like dumbbell squats, lunges, and machine work to target all muscle groups.
My approach combines gym workouts with the principles of yoga. A headstand, or Sirsasana, isn't just an advanced pose; it's a powerful way to build core stability, improve balance, and bring a meditative focus to your practice.
Taking my practice outdoors to flow through a wheel pose, or Chakrasana. This yoga pose is incredible for spinal flexibility and opening up the chest, proving that strength and flexibility go hand in hand.
You can't out-train a bad diet. I believe eating well is a sign of self-respect, and I love starting my day with a nutrient-packed smoothie bowl with berries, nuts, and a little dark chocolate.
Finding moments of calm and sun on a solo beach day. A healthy lifestyle gives you the energy and confidence to enjoy your own company and explore.
About Featured
I do not just put you on a treadmill and count reps. My training fuses foundational strength—deadlifts, squats, and functional movement—with the intentional focus of Hatha Yoga. We always reserve the final 15 minutes of every session for deep mobility work, so you leave the gym feeling empowered, not exhausted.
For me, fitness is about building a body that is resilient and a mind that is calm. My approach, which I call the 'work-in' philosophy, combines the discipline of heavy compound lifting with the fluidity of Hatha Yoga.
Whether you are a beginner or someone who has been lifting for years, my goal is to help you claim your space in the weights section.
Where I train: I conduct personal training sessions across Mumbai, specifically serving areas like Juhu, Bandra, and Andheri. I also host sessions at Fitness First Platinum in Santacruz West for those who prefer a premium gym environment. If you are not based in Mumbai, I offer remote coaching with video technique analysis and customized plans.
What you get: My focus is on one-on-one attention. We work on mastering the mechanics of compound lifts to ensure you are safe and effective. We then transition into yoga-based mobility to balance your nervous system.
I believe in transparency. I am not a nutritionist, but I share the practical food hacks and habits that keep me going—from nutrient-packed smoothie bowls to disciplined eating—because fitness does not stop when you walk out of the gym door.
