I combine traditional yoga flows with functional strength training to boost your metabolism, build lean muscle, and increase your confidence. Build a body that serves you, from the inside out.

Strength is what you survive. Here, I am using a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to build functional strength and grow through what I go through.

This routine is a fusion of strength and flexibility. I use weights for core work and then move into deep splits, showing how both elements are essential for a balanced body.

Lifting weights is crucial for women, especially after 30. It boosts metabolism, prevents muscle loss, improves bone density, and supports hormonal balance. Here is a demonstration of some key movements.

Challenge accepted. This sequence tests core stability and endurance, moving from leg raises to a strong plank. Pushing your limits is how you grow.

Here are three of my favorite variations for building strong core and shoulder blades using dumbbells. These movements are excellent for improving posture and upper body strength.

Pumping iron with the crew. This high-energy group session focuses on using barbells for squats and lunges to build lower body strength and burn fat.
