I combine traditional yoga flows with functional strength training to boost your metabolism, build lean muscle, and increase your confidence. Build a body that serves you, from the inside out.

Strength is what you survive. Here, I am using a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to build functional strength and grow through what I go through.

This routine is a fusion of strength and flexibility. I use weights for core work and then move into deep splits, showing how both elements are essential for a balanced body.

Lifting weights is crucial for women, especially after 30. It boosts metabolism, prevents muscle loss, improves bone density, and supports hormonal balance. Here is a demonstration of some key movements.

Challenge accepted. This sequence tests core stability and endurance, moving from leg raises to a strong plank. Pushing your limits is how you grow.

Here are three of my favorite variations for building strong core and shoulder blades using dumbbells. These movements are excellent for improving posture and upper body strength.

Pumping iron with the crew. This high-energy group session focuses on using barbells for squats and lunges to build lower body strength and burn fat.

A group barbell session focused on building strength and endurance. The energy in these classes is incredible, and we push each other to get stronger together.

About this collection

I don't just teach poses. My sessions fuse traditional yoga flows with deliberate weight training, specifically designed to help you build lean muscle and metabolic fire. If you are lifting weights, we focus on perfect form so you protect your joints while challenging your body, which is essential for long-term health and hormonal balance.

Why I Combine Yoga and Strength

Many people think yoga and heavy lifting are opposites. I see them as the perfect match. In my classes, we move past 'just flexibility' to focus on building a body that is truly capable.

After 30, our bodies change. Metabolism slows, bone density can drop, and muscle loss begins to sneak in. By adding resistance through dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight movements, we directly counter these effects. This isn't about just looking a certain way. It's about ensuring your body stays functional for the long haul.

My Approach in Bengaluru

I offer two main ways to train with me:

  • In-Studio Sessions: If you are in South Bangalore, join me at my partner studios in Jayanagar or Banashankari. These are small, focused groups where I can provide hands-on manual adjustments. You get to use proper equipment like racks and benches, which is vital for heavy compound lifts.
  • Online Classes: I bring the energy to your home. We use interactive video sessions with verbal form correction to ensure you are safe and effective.

What to Expect

Whether you are a beginner or a pro, you start where you are. We work on:

  • Metabolic Conditioning: Keeping your heart rate up so you burn fat long after the workout ends.
  • Functional Mobility: It's not enough to be strong if you are stiff. We use mobility flows to ensure your joints remain supple while your muscles grow.
  • Core Stability: We move beyond basic crunches. We focus on deep abdominal work that supports your spine and improves your posture.
