This is what it feels like to connect with your own wild, eternal self. Movement for me is about more than just physical shapes; it's about going out into nature to remember the truth and love that lives at the core of you.

Here's a little glimpse of the magic we create at my weekend yoga retreats. We move, we meditate with Trataka, we connect with nature, and we always have a LOT of fun. It's all about tuning out to zone in.

What does self-care look like? It's the hug that reminds your body you are safe. It's returning to your own rhythm. It's knowing you don't have to find a home, because you ARE home. This is the energy of my women's day retreats.

People often think Animal Flow is just mimicking animals, but it's so much more. It's a ground-based movement practice that builds incredible strength, mobility, and flexibility. It's challenging, fun, and a whole new way to connect with your body.

There's nothing like a sunset hoop flow by the ocean. This is pure joy for me, letting the rhythm of the waves guide my movement. This is what it means to just gow-with-the-flow.

My heart is so full looking at this. This is my community, my flowmies. Every workshop and retreat is about bringing people together to learn, share, and uplift each other. So grateful for every single person who shows up.

I limit group sizes to keep the energy intimate, so you receive hands-on guidance rather than just following along from the back. Come ready to move, laugh, and connect with a community that cheers for your genuine progress, not your polish.

Finding Your Rhythm

I believe movement is how we come back to ourselves. My offerings are designed to be safe, non-judgy, and deeply connective. Whether we are in a rented city studio or out at Hoopinkai Farm, the goal is the same: to move with awareness.

What I Offer

  • Specialized Workshops: These 90-minute sessions are perfect if you want to pick up a new skill like Hula Hooping or build foundational strength with Animal Flow. We start with joint mobility and yoga-based warm-ups, ensuring your body feels ready before we dive into technical transitions.
  • Weekend Farm Getaways: We escape the city bustle to reconnect with nature. Expect a blend of Hatha and Acro Yoga, stretch therapy, and meaningful conversations by the bonfire. It is a full reset for your nervous system.
  • Women's Circles: These day-long retreats are sacred, women-only spaces. We focus on transforming fear into fire through conscious movement, chanting, and collective self-care.
