Acro mornings with my stretchy sistah. We kept trying and trying until it made sense. This practice is all about communication, patience, and celebrating the small wins.

Our first attempt at Acro Yoga, featuring a hula hoop, red ants, and mosquitoes. It's amazing how much you learn about each other through flow and a little bit of struggle.

My sessions are designed for you to test your limits in a safe, supported environment where we laugh at the mistakes and celebrate every landing together.
