Welcome to our community. This is a glimpse into the energy and connection we build at my outdoor fitness and yoga retreats, where we move, breathe, and grow together under the open sky.

Let's learn the foundational Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, together. I break down each of the 12 steps, focusing on coordinating your breath with each movement to build energy and flexibility.

About this collection

We host these retreats at a peaceful farm in Sarjapur, creating an environment where you can truly disconnect from the city and breathe. You do not need to be a seasoned athlete to join; whether you are trying your first sun salutation or looking to deepen your practice, my team and I focus on guiding you through each movement at a pace that honors your body.

A Weekend of Reconnection

I started these retreats because I know how quickly we can lose touch with ourselves in the daily rush. These weekends are designed to be a soft place to land. We move, breathe, and grow together, combining the discipline of yoga with the playfulness of calisthenics and the ancient flow of Kalaripayattu.

What to Expect

  • Nature & Movement: All our sessions take place outdoors at Otter, The Nature School in Sarjapur. Expect fresh air, open skies, and plenty of space to stretch. We conduct sunrise yoga, strength workshops, and group activities on natural grass.
  • Inclusive Community: You do not need to be super fit to attend. I have hosted everyone from total beginners to seasoned fitness enthusiasts. We emphasize community, shared meals, and laughter around the campfire, ensuring everyone feels welcome regardless of their experience level.
  • Authentic Guidance: I lead with a team of expert instructors. Because we value 'listening to your body' over hitting a perfect pose, we offer plenty of modifications and props. This is not about competition; it is about showing up for yourself.

Logistics

Our retreats are a true digital detox. We provide twin-sharing camping tents, sleeping bags, and hearty, locally sourced vegetarian meals. Whether you choose the full 2-day wilderness camping experience or the 1-day fitness immersion pass, you will walk away with a toolkit for better breathing, stronger mechanics, and a calmer nervous system.
