Escape the city noise. We hike, camp, and practice yoga in nature to find the silence that the city hides.

This is what our Happy Yoga Community is all about. We combine guided meditation in nature, fun and relaxation by the river, and shared moments of celebration. It’s not about perfect poses, but about finding health and happiness together.

We take our practice to new heights. This is me finding balance with a Sirsasana, or headstand, on a hilltop after a morning trek. The view and the fresh air make the effort tumba chanagide, very good.

Join us for an unforgettable Huthri Betta sunrise trek and night camping experience. We handle everything from the tent pitching workshop and campfire stories to the guided yoga session as the sun comes up. This is a chance to connect with nature and our community.

A core part of our retreats is Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. It is a powerful guided meditation technique that helps reduce stress and anxiety by bringing you into a state of deep relaxation. We often practice this outdoors, letting the sounds of nature deepen the experience.

Here is a glimpse into a private yoga session with a corporate group. We welcome everyone, from beginners to regular practitioners. Our focus is always on breath, awareness, and creating a comfortable space for all to learn and grow.

Sometimes, getting back to basics means challenging your body in nature. A few pushups under a waterfall is a powerful way to connect with your own strength and the elements. It is about feeling alive and fit.

At the end of a session, it's all about the connections we make. This is our goal: to bring people together for health and happiness. You come as a student and leave as part of the community.

About Featured

When you join our treks, don't expect luxury. We start at 4 AM from Jayanagar, we camp in basic dome tents, and yes, you will pitch your own tent. This isn't about getting the perfect photo for your feed; it’s about hiking to a summit, finding your breath in a Hatha session there, and realizing that the effort to get there is exactly where the meditation begins.
