About Immersive Flow Fests & Retreats
We aren't just doing 'exercise' here. My retreats at the farm are structured to break down barriers—we use everything from animal flow and acro-yoga to sound healing and neuro-scientific concepts of flow. You’ll be sharing meals on banana leaves, sleeping in shared dorms, and unplugging completely to see how movement can actually rewire your relationship with stress.
I built these retreats because I know that sometimes a one-hour class isn't enough to really get out of your head. You need a complete environment shift. That’s why we take over a 100-acre farm estate. It’s about creating a safe container where you don't have to perform.
Each day is a mix of high-energy movement like Capoeira and Acro-Yoga, balanced with restorative sessions like sound healing. We integrate 'Flow Sciences'—using the physics and rhythm of props like Poi and Dapostar to help you build mental resilience. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about the wobble, the learning, and the laughter.
You’ll be eating organic vegetarian meals, sitting around fire circles, and connecting with people who are also looking to decompress. It’s part summer camp, part self-discovery journey. Everything is taken care of—full-board organic meals, shared dormitory-style accommodation, and all the props you’ll need. Whether you're a total beginner or an experienced mover, this is an invitation to just show up, breathe, and play.
