About this collection
These retreats are designed for deep release and reconnection. We blend gentle, slow-flow stretching to wake up the body, restorative Yoga Nidra to settle the nervous system, and guided journaling to process emotions. It is a no-pressure environment where you are free to be exactly as you are, without the need to perform or fit into a perfect pose.
We keep these sessions intimate and intentional. Often hosted at spaces like Bangalore Creative Circus, the day flows through different textures of healing and sisterhood. We start with movement to ground ourselves, then move into conscious practices like fire play or sound healing led by guest facilitators who are experts in their fields.
The goal is to transform whatever heaviness you arrived with into a sense of lightness—or 'fire'—by the end of the day. You do not need any prior experience in yoga or dance to join. If you have been feeling disconnected or just need a day where you do not have to manage anything, this is your space. We provide everything you need, from props to nourishing meals, so you can simply arrive and show up for yourself.
