This is a ground-based, bodyweight practice that's a full-on tagda workout, but accessible for all levels. We focus on understanding how our bodies are meant to move, blending elements of yoga and gymnastics in a fun, dynamic flow. No equipment needed, just your willingness to explore.

Hula Hoop & Flow Arts

Find your rhythm with Hula Hooping, Poi, and Dapo Star. My workshops are perfect for beginners, starting with yoga asanas before we dive into fun tricks and a bit of choreography. It’s all about play, expression, and finding that joyful flow state.

Acro Yoga: Trust & Connection

Acro Yoga is a practice of partnership that builds strength, balance, and flexibility. More importantly, it teaches us to trust and communicate with each other. It's an empowering and super fun way to connect with your flowmies.

Women’s Circles: Sisterhood & Self-Care

These full-day retreats are sacred spaces exclusively for women to connect, heal, and empower one another. We move, chant, and practice self-care together, transforming fear into fire in a supportive circle of sisterhood.

The Mindful Practice: Yoga, Breath & Stillness

This is where we tune in and come back to ourselves. I guide sessions in Hatha Yoga, breathwork, and meditation techniques like Trataka and sound healing. It's about finding sthira and sukha, that perfect balance of steadiness and ease.

Puppy Yoga: Paws, Poses & Unconditional Love

My favorite classes to teach. We practice yoga surrounded by the cutest little puppies from local rescue centers. It's less about perfect asanas and more about being present, joyful, and learning about unconditional love from these furry little gurus.
