Why I Do This
Fitness isn’t just about the body - I see it as a way to leave old worries behind (shikwe purane saare, piche main chhodta hoon). It’s about finding your own balance, whether that’s sweat in a HIIT class or peace on a yoga mat.
How We Train
- Group sessions run Monday to Friday, online and in our studio. You can join in the morning or evening, whatever suits your energy.
- I work with all ages and levels, so don’t worry if you’re just starting or coming back after a break.
What’s In A Session
- Yoga for stress relief: We do everything from basic asanas (like Surya Namaskar) to tougher poses. Pranayama and meditation help calm the mind, and sometimes we mix in partner or acro yoga - makes it fun, builds trust.
- Fitness Training: HIITSTEP and resistance bands make things intense. These sessions are great for weight loss, toning, and core strength.
Special Classes
- Kids yoga - more play, less pressure.
- Prenatal fitness training - gentle, supportive routines for expecting and new mothers.
- Corporate workshops - chair yoga for the office crowd.
My Way
I teach with a lot of patience, itne pyaar se (with so much love). I won’t lose my calm, promise. You’ll feel comfortable, motivated, and maybe even a little happier after each session.

My Story
We started FitFusion because for us, dance isn’t just steps, it’s memories. From kids’ summer camps to full-on wedding sangeet, we see magic when someone who says ‘mere mom-dad ko bilkul dance nahi aata’ ends up dancing with a big smile. Yoga keeps us balanced, like ‘Panch-Tatva’ - body and mind together. Our studio is a mix of high-energy dance, calming yoga, and lots of masti. Taal sa taal mila, let’s move!
My Work
Dance, Zumba, Yoga & Personal Training - We offer offline and online classes in Bollywood, Bhangra, Hip Hop, Jazz, Salsa, Zumba, Yoga and personal training.
Fun Wedding Sangeet Choreography - We make your sangeet special, teaching everyone, even those who say they can’t dance. Lots of patience, lots of pyaar (love).
Kids & Ladies Only Batches - Separate batches for kids, juniors, ladies, and adults. Age 4 to 64, everyone’s welcome!
Fitness with Masti - No boring gym here. Zumba, HIIT, resistance training, and fusion yoga for flexibility. We celebrate every transformation.
Feel-Good Studio Vibe - Classes are full of energy, laughter and confidence building. We work hard, have fun, and move together.
