When we practice outdoors, we shift focus from specific muscle groups to collective energy. These park sessions are less about intense form correction and more about breathing and finding peace with the community. You do not need to be a professional to show up; just bring your mat, wear something comfortable, and be ready to move.

We ensure we have enough space for everyone to spread their mats. If you are joining us in a park in Noida, carry your own mat and a bottle of water. We typically focus on Hatha flows and pranayama to get you energized.
