Our group moving in sync through a Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, sequence. This foundational yoga flow is a great way to warm up the body, build strength, and connect breath with movement.

I am guiding the class through Chandra Namaskar, the Moon Salutation. This is a calming and cooling sequence that helps balance your energy and is especially beneficial for women's health.

A look at another one of our group classes practicing the Surya Namaskar flow. It's a complete body workout that improves flexibility and brings a sense of rhythm to our practice.

My sessions are designed to be welcoming, so you won't feel intimidated regardless of your current fitness level. We keep our group batches small enough that I can personally check your posture and form, whether you are training with us at the studio in Sector 47 or joining our live online classes. Just bring your mat and an open mind, and we will work on the alignment together—itne pyaar se.
