Why This Works
I don't believe in machines that do the work for you. My studio setup focuses on functional fitness—HIITSTEP, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises that build real, usable strength. When you use resistance bands, you’re engaging smaller stabilizer muscles that machines often miss, which is key for long-term toning and posture correction.
The Hybrid Approach
The sessions are designed to be a blend of high-intensity cardio and strength building.
- HIITSTEP: We use aerobic steppers to get your heart rate up. It’s effective, keeps your metabolism fired up, and frankly, it’s a lot more fun than running on a treadmill for an hour.
- Resistance Training: We use vinyl-coated dumbbells and resistance tubes to challenge your muscles without the bulk of heavy weight-lifting equipment.
- The Vibe: Classes are held in an air-conditioned studio with wooden flooring and full-length mirrors. It is not about looking perfect; it is about checking your form and feeling the movement.
Who Is This For?
I teach everyone, from absolute beginners to those who haven't exercised in years. My group sessions run Monday to Friday, and because I guide the instruction personally, I can adjust the intensity of a movement while you’re doing it. If you need a more specific plan, we can talk about 1-on-1 personal training, which includes body tracking and diet guidance to help you reach your goals faster.
