Most of our members combine our HIITSTEP cardio with Hatha yoga flows because it hits the sweet spot between burning fat and building flexibility, giving you a complete routine in one session. Don't worry about your current fitness level; we modify exercises so you can push yourself safely without hitting a wall.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your mobility, or simply find a space to de-stress, our studio in Sector 47 is designed to keep you moving. We move away from the traditional, boring gym routine and focus on a hybrid training model that keeps your heart rate up and your mind focused.
