- Instructor: Sessions led by a Ministry of Ayush Certified trainer.
- Style: Mix of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow suitable for beginners to intermediate levels.
- Curriculum: Covers Asanas (strength/stretching), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and Dhyana (guided meditation).
Facility & Support
- Studio: Basic training space equipped with fans and mirrors (Non-AC).
- Guidance: Verbal diet tips and lifestyle correction advice included.
1-on-1 Home Tuition
Logistics
- Location: Instructor travels to client residence in Greater Noida or Noida sectors.
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Approx. 12 sessions per month).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.

Yoga With Me: Real Practice, Real People
Yoga's not about showing off fancy poses. For me, it's about finding your own peace, strength, and balance, whether you're new or have been rolling out the mat for years. I keep things simple but full of energy - bas, dil se yoga karte hain (we practice with heart).
How We Roll
- One-on-one sessions: You set the goals, I help you get there. Available at my space in Greater Noida or I come to you if you're around Noida or Greater Noida. Anyone can join, young or old.
- Group classes at your place: Grab your friends or family, and I’ll bring the yoga class home. Good for motivation, sab milke seekhte hain (everyone learns together).
- Corporate yoga programs: I work with teams to bring some calm and focus on those busy office days.
What Happens In Class?
I mix up asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), and dhyaana (meditation) so you get a full experience. Expect to get stronger, more flexible, and learn breathing that actually helps you feel better. No fake promises - some days are tough, but that’s part of it.

My Story
We are Millennium Dance & Fitness Studio, but really, we’re just a big crazy family who loves to dance and celebrate life. For 8 years, our studio was the spot—Holi, Diwali, or random Tuesday, all with music and laughter. Our students? They’re our rockstars. We’ve done big gigs, sure, and even been on TV once (wild, yaar!), but teaching and giving free dance classes to Army kids is what hits home. Studio’s closed now, but our dance journey is far from over.
My Work
All-In-One Dance & Fitness - We teach Bollywood, Hip-hop, Bhangra, Zumba, Aerobics, Yoga, and do choreography for weddings and events.
