About Mindfulness & Meditation
In my sessions, we do not just sit and breathe. We use pranayama to clear the mind and then transition into guided meditation to let go of the day's stress. Whether you join me in my Noida studio or online, we practice with 'itne pyaar se' (with so much love), making it accessible even if you think your mind is too restless to be still.
True wellness is about harmony between the mind and body. Many people come to me saying they cannot switch off their thoughts, and that is exactly where we start. We use ancient techniques like the 'Om Namah Shivaya' mantra to create a vibrational frequency that helps purify the mind, reduce stress, and guide you into a deeper state of relaxation.
My approach is practical. We do not just aim for temporary peace, we build long-term resilience. My group sessions, running Monday to Friday, start with physical movement to release the day's tension, followed by specific meditation flows designed to ground you. If you are a beginner, do not worry about reaching a perfect pose. We focus on consistency and the 'Panch-Tatva' (five elements) balance, ensuring you feel more capable and calm after every single session.
I also recognize that not everyone can make it to the studio, so I have designed these programs to be hybrid—you get the same guidance and correction whether you are on a mat in my Noida studio or joining from your living room. We work on everything from basic Surya Namaskar to deeper, meditative asanas, ensuring that you leave the session feeling like you have left old complaints behind. It is about simple, honest effort.
