About
At Playden Dance Studio, I mix fitness with masti (fun) because I genuinely believe fitness ka bhoot (the fitness bug) is hiding inside everyone. You won’t find stiff routines here - I want you to laugh, sweat, and feel good while moving. My instructors keep an eye on your form so you stay safe, but I’m never strict about “getting it perfect”.
What’s On Offer
- Group workout sessions that don’t feel like boring gym time. I keep it playful - think music, energy, and loads of encouragement.
- Beginner-friendly gymnastics for both kids and adults. Whether you’re curious about flips or just want to build strength, I’ll help you get there, one tumble at a time.
- Fun yoga classes where stretching and breathing come with smiles and a few wobbly moments. My yoga is for everyone, not just the super-flexible.
- Family fitness activities - Little Rockstars and grown-ups are both welcome. I design every class so all ages can join and enjoy.
The studio is bright, full of mirrors and color. Every class uses mats for safety. Not every move will be easy, and sometimes you’ll laugh at yourself, but that’s half the fun, na? Come as you are and let’s move together.
