Aerial Yoga Flows and Strength Training
Forget the filtered aerial shots you see online. This is sweat, real strength training, and a community that shows up to get stronger together. Let's see what you can actually do.
This is what it’s all about. Moving your body, challenging your mind, and creating a beautiful aerial flow. This beginner sequence includes a forward fold, plank, and a disco ball finish.
Look at this crew! We work on building strength and balance together. Here, my students are holding a supported warrior pose, focusing on alignment and stability in our Marol group class.
I'm with you every step of the way. Safety and proper technique are non-negotiable, especially when you're just starting out. Here I am guiding a student through an inversion to ensure she feels secure and confident.
I asked my baddies why they show up every weekend, and this is the family-friendly version of what they said. It's all about stress relief, feeling good, and the amazing community we've built.
Getting upside down changes your perspective, literally. This inverted pose is not just a great workout for your core, it's a huge confidence booster and helps with blood flow.
Want to learn how to do an aerial backflip? This tutorial breaks it down step-by-step. We focus on engaging the core and using the silks for support to nail the move safely.
Aerial yoga is a full-body workout. We use the hammock to build serious upper body, core, and leg strength. You'll leave every class feeling stronger than when you walked in.
That smile says it all. The feeling you get after nailing a pose you didn't think you could do is epic. This is the confidence and joy I want every student to experience.
About Featured
Most people walk in thinking they need to be a gymnast, but here is the truth: you just need to show up. My classes are not about perfecting a filtered shot, they are about building core stability and getting comfortable in the hammock. We take it step by step, ensuring your grip is solid before we even think about complex drops or flips.
Why Aerial Yoga Is More Than Just A Pose
Aerial fitness often looks effortless, but the reality is that it is intense, full-body conditioning. My sessions are not circus acts. They are structured workouts that combine yoga, pilates, and bodyweight training to build serious functional strength. Whether you are in my Marol studio or a weekend session near Powai, you will be using the hammock to engage muscles you did not know you had, especially in your core and upper body.
The Process: From Basics To Flight
I break every flow down into manageable parts. We start with basics—understanding the silks, finding your balance, and building trust in your grip. Once you have the fundamentals, we move to the spicy routines, inversions, and flips. Safety is non-negotiable here. I physically spot every inversion for beginners to ensure you feel secure while you challenge yourself.
Finding Your Tribe
The best part of this practice is the community. We are a group of people who choose to drag ourselves out of bed on the weekend to work hard and have a laugh. You will find that the 'baddies' in my class are supportive, non-judgmental, and genuinely happy to see you nail a pose you were struggling with the week before. If you are looking for a fitness space that feels like a team rather than a silent room, you are in the right place.
