Your First Flight: Beginner Friendly

You don't need to be a dancer or a gymnast to start. Most people walk in with zero experience, and we build from the ground up, focusing on safety, technique, and getting you comfortable in the hammock.

Nailing the Moves: Flips, Drops & Tricks

This is where the magic happens. Once you've got the basics down, we move on to the crazy ass routines, drops, and flips that make you feel like you're flying. It's hard work, but nailing a trick is the best feeling.

Building Strength & Flow

This isn't just about looking cool. We combine yoga, pilates, and bodyweight training to build serious core and upper body strength. The flows link moves together, challenging your body and your brain.
