Aerial Yoga Group Classes in Mumbai
It’s not just about floating in a hammock. My group sessions in Mumbai are a workout, a laugh, and a community. Come sweat, hang, and get stronger with us.
Weekend aerial therapy with the best crew. We work hard, but we also know how to have fun and support each other. This is our post-class group love.
A typical moment in my group class, with students working on core engagement inside the hammocks. The colorful silks create such a vibrant and energetic atmosphere in the studio.
Ever wonder what happens in an aerial yoga class? An hour flies by with a mix of strength, flexibility, and a lot of laughter. Here's a glimpse of how we spend our time in the air.
There's never a dull moment in class. Here I'm spotting a student as she works on a new inversion. It's all about progress, not perfection.
Every student moves at their own pace. I always offer variations so you can choose what feels right for your body and your practice on any given day.
A look into a weekend aerial yoga session. You leave class feeling happy and accomplished. Stop wondering what it's like and come try it for yourself.
Just a regular day in our Marol studio, turning everything into a reel. The energy in these group fitness classes is what keeps us all coming back for more.
I introduced some aerial pilates this weekend. There was some complaining, but they absolutely loved the core burn. They also wanted to steal and burn my notebook of routines by the end.
From starting in September to nailing flows in November. Working on sequences like this is a brain game that improves mind-body coordination and gives you a different kind of high.
Getting fit and fabulous while having a blast. My group classes in Powai and Marol are all about having fun while you build strength and confidence.
About The Vibe: Group Classes in Action
My group classes aren't about perfecting a move for social media; they are about building actual strength. We cap sessions at 10 people max because I need to keep a close eye on your form—safety is a non-negotiable. You will spend the first part of every session working on core engagement and grip strength before we even think about drops or flips. If you want a workout where you actually learn the technique properly instead of just mimicking the person next to you, this is it.
Forget the silent, stiff yoga studio vibe. When you walk into my session at House of Happiness in Marol or our Powai spot, expect noise—laughing, complaining about the core burn, and cheering each other on. I treat these group classes like a proper strength-training workout.
We structure everything from the warm-up to the final inversion to build the specific pull strength required for aerial work. I don't care if you have never touched a hammock; you will get the same spotting and adjustments as everyone else in the room. Because I keep the groups small (6 to 10 participants), I can physically spot your inversions and help you customize the flow to your skill level. It is tough, it is sweaty, but you won't be doing it alone. Whether you are aiming for your first inversion or nailing a tricky drop, we move as a pack.
Tara Menezes
I’m Tara. I built this tribe because I wanted a space that is tough but real, where we support each other even when the routine feels like a challenge. If you are ready to stop watching and start flying, I will be there to help you nail those first inversions.
