Think aerial yoga is just effortless floating? Think again. This is my journey through the sweaty, tough, and rewarding reality of practice, and the community we're building right here in Mumbai.

I didn't think I would learn aerial yoga this year, much less teach it. I was hooked from the moment I stepped into the hammock, and it's been 5 months of ups and downs.

Some routines are tougher than others. In this one, my main goal was not to fall on my head. It's a constant process of building trust in yourself and the equipment.

About My Practice & The Real Talk

My classes aren't about the staged circus tricks you see on social media. We spend our time building actual grip strength, stabilizing the core, and finding the balance between hard work and suspended relief. Most people come in feeling intimidated by the silk, but we move at your pace—whether that means slowing down for a proper inversion or repeating a move until it finally clicks.
