What I Offer
Sometimes, you need more than just your daily mat time. I create yoga workshops and retreats for those wanting to dive deep - to get away, focus inward, and just breathe. This isn’t about rushing or getting everything perfect. It’s about showing up, moving together, and actually enjoying the process.
Workshops: Depth and Details
- Each workshop is built around going further, not faster. We cap group sizes, so everyone gets real attention.
- Expect Ashtanga yoga immersion sessions where you’ll hear me count in Sanskrit (Ekam, dve, trini...) and get plenty of hands-on help for alignment.
- Themed yoga workshops cover backbends, arm balances, inversions, and breathwork. I use props, break things down, and encourage questions - koi sharam nahi (don’t be shy).
- The vibe is supportive, and I keep it real. Laughter is part of the practice here - "Khub acche se hanste hue" (laughing heartily).
Retreats: Yoga Meets Travel
- Our small group yoga retreats are more than just yoga. We go to beautiful natural spots, practice together, trek, and eat good food.
- It’s about community, connecting with nature, and finding joy in the simple things - not just ticking off poses.
- All levels join in, from total newbies to long-time practitioners.
