We keep groups small so that whether you are doing your first downward dog or mastering an inversion, you get hands-on alignment corrections. You will spend your days balancing disciplined Ashtanga sessions with guided treks and quiet meditation, ensuring you return home with a clearer mind rather than just a tan.
For us, yoga is not limited to the mat in a studio. Our retreats are designed to bridge the gap between rigorous Ashtanga practice and the need to reset in nature. We take you away from the Delhi hustle to locations like Rishikesh, Kanatal, and Dharamshala, where the air is cleaner and the focus turns inward.
What to expect on your retreat:
- Structured Practice: You get four focused yoga sessions, including two morning Ashtanga Vinyasa classes and two evening Pranayama or Yoga Nidra sessions. We maintain the same level of discipline and Sanskrit counting that you experience in our studio.
- Nature & Community: The schedule balances intense practice with guided nature treks. It is about building a community where we share vegetarian meals, bonfire time, and stories, rather than just doing poses in isolation.
- Logistics: We handle the heavy lifting. All retreats are 3 days and 2 nights, departing from Delhi via AC transport. Accommodation is in boutique resorts or homestays, selected for their proximity to nature and comfort.
