Our weekly sparring sessions are where you put your skills to the test. It's a chance to apply the boxing combinations and defensive techniques you've learned in a live setting.
Pad work is where a coach and fighter connect. In this session, I'm working with a student on his punch combinations, speed, and power inside the boxing ring.
