About this collection

Our sessions are 2 hours long, not the standard 1-hour class found at most gyms. This extra time allows us to move beyond basic drills and dedicate serious time to high-intensity sparring and technical corrections, so you develop real muscle memory rather than just sweating through a workout.

At 1026 MMA, we don't do 'soft' training. Whether you are stepping into the cage or just want to get fitter, our striking classes in Yelahanka and Amruthahalli are designed to test your limits. We keep our gym raw and functional—no air conditioning, just puzzle mats, heavy bags, and a group of people pushing each other to get better every day.

We structure our boxing and kickboxing training to prioritize technique before power. You will learn everything from proper footwork and defensive slips to combination work on pads. We incorporate high-intensity rounds where you actually test your skills in controlled, respectful sparring. This 'Iron sharpens iron' approach is how we build fighters.

Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of your fitness level. You will find men and women training side-by-side, learning the same techniques, and holding each other accountable.
