Sharpen your hands and legs at our high-intensity striking sessions. From fundamental Muay Thai to combat-ready Kickboxing, we build fighters from the ground up.

The daily grind. This is a look into our striking classes, where students are drilling combinations on pads and with partners. We believe in high-volume, high-intensity training to build muscle memory and endurance.

About The Grind: Striking & Stand-Up

It isn't about looking pretty in a gym mirror. In our stand-up classes, you will drill until your combinations become muscle memory. We focus on heavy bag work, pad drills, and controlled sparring to ensure your technique holds up under pressure. You won't just learn to throw a punch; you will learn how to throw it with intent and power.
