About this collection
It isn't about looking pretty in a gym mirror. In our stand-up classes, you will drill until your combinations become muscle memory. We focus on heavy bag work, pad drills, and controlled sparring to ensure your technique holds up under pressure. You won't just learn to throw a punch; you will learn how to throw it with intent and power.
Whether you are stepping into a cage or just want to get fight-ready fit, our stand-up program strips away the fluff. We teach the 'art of eight limbs' through Muay Thai, sharp boxing combinations, and the explosive kicks of Kickboxing.
Our sessions are designed for everyone, from day-one beginners to those prepping for a tournament. You will be working the pads, hitting the heavy bags, and sparring in a controlled environment. We do not believe in 'cardio-kickboxing' that leaves you sweating but unskilled. We believe in training that makes you a threat in the ring.
