Boxing and kickboxing are about more than throwing punches. In my sessions at Warrior Fight Club, we break down your stance, footwork, and combinations until they become second nature. I run these sessions to build real capability, not just to make you sweat.

My Approach to Striking

  • Pad Work & Drill Coordination: I use focus mitts to help you improve your aim, timing, and defensive head movement. This is where we catch mistakes in your posture and correct them instantly.
  • Conditioning: My classes include HIIT drills using cones, hurdles, and bodyweight exercises. You need the cardio to last through a fight, and these drills ensure you stay sharp from the first round to the last.
  • Technical Progression: We work on advanced striking, from basic jabs and hooks to powerful roundhouse kicks. For those looking to compete, we do controlled sparring to prepare you for the intensity of the ring.

How We Train

I am based in Badarpur, but I am flexible. We can train at my facility, in a local park, or I can come to your home in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida. Whether you want a group class to keep you motivated or 1-on-1 personal training to reach a specific goal, we will find the right rhythm. Beginners are welcome, and I ensure you learn the basics of self-defense while getting in the best shape of your life. If you want the real thing, let us get to work.
