I'm Rishabh, and at Adapt Fitness Club, we train for life. From mastering the Snatch to crushing intense CrossFit Metcons, my coaching focuses on technique, consistency, and a community that keeps you going.

This is my five-year snatch journey, from practicing on my home terrace in 2019 to lifting in my own gym today. It's proof that with dedication and the right process, you can achieve anything. Every expert was once a beginner.

Here, I am providing real-time video feedback to help an athlete correct his squat snatch. A small cue about being patient at the bottom of the squat made all the difference, allowing him to successfully complete the lift. This is how we fine-tune technique.

This is the feeling of a 105kg Clean & Jerk. It's a moment where everything has to come together: strength, technique, and mental focus. This is the kind of peak performance we build towards, one consistent training session at a time.

A typical training day at my gym, Adapt Fitness Club, is a mix of heavy lifting and high-energy workouts. We combine structured weightlifting with intense CrossFit metcons to build well-rounded, resilient athletes.

To lift heavy, you must stay injury-free. I'm demonstrating hip airplanes, a key mobility exercise I use to protect the hips and lower back. This simple drill improves squat depth and keeps your foundation strong for years of training.

This is the AFC Squad. We're a community that supports each other through every workout and celebrates every success. The energy of the group makes the daily grind something to look forward to.

Many people think Olympic Weightlifting is too complex for them, but that's not true. I was also a beginner once. I break down every movement so anyone can learn safely, no matter their starting point.

From working out in different gyms to owning my own, my passion for weightlifting has only grown over the years. This video shows my progress from 2020 to today, a reminder that trusting the journey leads to real results.

Consistency is everything. This shows the progress from Week 1 to Week 12 of a training block, leading into the next phase. My programming is structured and progressive to ensure you keep getting stronger.

This is what a CrossFit workout looks like: a tough combination of cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting. Here, I'm tackling a workout with the SkiErg, rope climbs, and hang power cleans, all under a 15-minute time cap.

  • CrossFit Metcons: High-intensity workouts (like our 'Rope & Iron' sessions) designed for all-round fitness, agility, and strength.
  • Injury Prevention: Mobility is non-negotiable. Exercises like 'Hip Airplanes' are a standard part of our protocols to ensure your hips and lower back stay healthy while you get stronger.

We are a non-AC, open-air industrial warehouse gym. It’s gritty, functional, and distraction-free.
