Functional Strength and Olympic Lifting Programs
A look at my daily strength cycles, technique-focused Olympic lifting, and the community that pushes you to hit your next personal record.
This is what a typical strength day looks like at my gym. We are performing the 3-pointer snatch, a technical Olympic lift that builds explosive power and full-body coordination. I focus on synchronized drills to ensure everyone masters the form together.
I believe women must do weight training. Here you can see my clients performing heavy back squats, proving that lifting is the most effective way to increase tone, build bone density, and boost metabolism, without the fear of "bulking up."
Strength training is essential for staying independent and active as we age. This client is using traditional Indian clubs to improve his shoulder mobility, grip strength, and coordination, proving that it's never too late to start building strength.
Technique is everything. Here, I'm coaching the 3-position clean, breaking down the movement from the floor, below the knee, and above the knee. This drill is crucial for reinforcing proper lifting mechanics and building a powerful pull.
We also focus on conditioning. Here, two of my clients are working on synchronized double unders, a high-intensity exercise that builds cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and athletic timing.
The deadlift is the ultimate test of strength, and I teach it to everyone. This shows several of my female clients performing the lift, building raw power and confidence by focusing on correct form from the ground up.
We celebrate every milestone. This client wanted to learn the handstand, and with consistent practice on progressions, he achieved it in just 20 days. This is proof that with the right guidance and determination, you can master new skills.
Training should be tough but also fun. A high-energy metabolic conditioning session with medicine ball slams builds explosive power and stamina. The camaraderie and shared effort are what make our community strong.

We do not do generic gym workouts. Every session, whether it is a 3-position snatch or metabolic conditioning, is part of a programmed cycle designed to fix your mechanics before we add heavy weight. You will hear me say 'jaldi mat kar' (don't rush) often, because rushing through a deadlift or clean is the quickest way to injury, not progress.
At BodhXfit, we operate as a 'box' rather than a standard commercial gym. My programming is built around the fundamental principles of strength and conditioning, focusing on the three pillars of Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and gymnastics.

We start with drills to ensure you have a solid pull from the floor, a stable overhead position, and the confidence to catch the bar. If your form breaks down, we drop the weight. The Training Cycle
Every day is a different challenge. We utilize WODs (Workouts of the Day) that mix explosive Olympic lifts with functional movements like kettlebell swings, box jumps, and bodyweight exercises. For those looking to build lean muscle, we use hypertrophy blocks. For those wanting to improve their engine, we turn to Metcon sessions.
