Unlimited Group Training & Open Gym
Training Format
- Daily WOD: 60 minute high intensity sessions led by head or assistant coaches.
- Session Structure: Includes warm up, skill practice (Olympic lifts/gymnastics), and metabolic conditioning.
- Scaling: Workouts are modified for beginners or those with injuries.
Facility & Gear
- Space: 4,500 sq. ft. warehouse setup with a turf zone for sleds and sprints.
- Functional Equipment: Barbells, bumper plates, rig, climbing ropes, tires, and plyo boxes.
- Cardio: Access to Concept 2 Rowers and Assault/Air Bikes.
- Open Gym: Facility access available during non class hours for accessory work.
Amenities & Environment
- Climate Control: Industrial air coolers and wall fans only (no central AC).
- Basics: Gender segregated changing rooms and washrooms.
- Hydration: RO water dispenser available (bring your own bottle).
- Parking: Open street parking available outside the compound.
1-on-1 Specialized Personal Training
Customized Coaching
- Format: 60 minute private session with dedicated focus on form and intensity.
- Specialization: Prep for Hyrox, Olympic Weightlifting technical drills, or skill mastery (e.g., Muscle ups).
- Tech Feedback: Slow motion video analysis used for immediate technique correction.
Strategy & Nutrition
- Programming: Custom workout plans tailored to specific performance or rehab goals.
- Nutrition: Dietary analysis and macro nutrient targets (Protein/Carb/Fat).
- Lifestyle: Guidance on recovery protocols and sleep habits.
Logistics
- Priority Access: Reserved access to racks and platforms even during peak hours.
- Scheduling: Flexible booking slots available between 6 AM and 10 PM.

Why I Coach
For me, training isn’t about quick fixes or flashy results. It’s my svadharma (sacred duty). I show up daily, and I want you to find your own reason to keep coming back. CrossFit pushes us to become hybrid athletes, ready for anything life throws at us.
What You Get Here

- Workouts mix up AMRAPs, “for time” challenges, and functional movement workouts - squats, lifts, sprints, stuff you actually use in real life.
- Our 4500 sq ft box is basic, open, and distraction-free - only serious training and good energy.
Lift, Move, Learn
- We spend real time on Olympic weightlifting classes, breaking down lifts like Snatch and Clean & Jerk till you get them right.
- Gymnastics for all levels: pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, with progressions for beginners.
- Heavy lifts don’t happen overnight. Heavy lift ka ashirwad, chhoti chhoti practice ki tapasya se milta hai (the blessing of a heavy lift comes from small, daily practice).
No Experience? No Stress.
- Beginners start with just a PVC pipe or empty barbell. We drill form till it sticks, only then add weight.
- Workouts are scaled to your level. You go at your own pace.

My Story
6 years running, Adapt Fitness Club is more than a gym—it's my life. Staying solo, I cook all meals myself, always making sure khana tasty ho (food is tasty). Chicken-rice lunch is my old friend. Music keeps me chill, discipline keeps me going. I plan my day, mostly stick to it, and it works. Competing in Hyrox and Yoddha Race is for the thrill, not just medals. My AFC squad is family—rafting, wild times, no regrets.

Training style - Technique pe focus hai (focus is on technique), not rushing. Right cues matter. Patience is key, always.
Kids & Teens Fitness - We build well-rounded kids. GPP first, then sports. Let them play, explore, enjoy.
