CrossFit Training in Punjabi Bagh: Real Strength for Real Life
We don't chase gym mirrors or aesthetics; we chase performance. Join our community where intensity is adjusted to your capacity, not a standard chart.
This is what a typical day at 367 Crossfit looks like. You'll see our athletes of all levels working together, pushing their limits with foundational movements like the deadlift. It’s not about being the best, it’s about being better than you were yesterday.
This picture says it all. We aren't just a gym, we are a community. We build strong bonds and friendships by going through the tough workouts together, encouraging each other to raise the standards we set for ourselves.
Here, our coach breaks down the deadlift, one of the most effective strength-building exercises. We show you how to do it right, with options for beginners, because safe and proper technique is our top priority.
Think you can't do a push-up? Think again. Here’s a perfect example of how we scale movements. This incline push-up builds the strength needed for a full push-up, proving that CrossFit is for every body.
Get a taste of our high-intensity workouts. This clip shows a combination of power cleans and burpees, a classic CrossFit pairing that builds explosive power and cardiovascular endurance. Every day is a new challenge.
Hear from Mansi, one of our members, who was hesitant about lifting weights post-pregnancy. Her story shows how our training makes you physically and mentally stronger, ready to keep up with life's demands.
CrossFit is more than just lifting weights. We incorporate gymnastics skills like these ring exercises to build incredible upper body strength, stability, and body control. It's about becoming a well-rounded athlete.
This is the feeling we chase. After pushing through a tough set of squat cleans, the exhaustion is real, but that feeling of being alive and accomplished is what keeps us coming back for more. Trust the process.
Our community doesn't stop at the gym doors. Here's our crew after completing the New Delhi Marathon. We train together and we celebrate our achievements together, whether it's a new PR or a 10k finish line.
Is CrossFit too intense for you? Our head coach explains our core philosophy: intensity is relative. We tailor the workout to your capacity, helping you get fit and strong over time, no matter your starting point.
About Featured
You won't find a single mirror in our box. We believe in proprioception—feeling the movement, not looking at it. Whether you are lifting a barbell for the first time or chasing a new personal record, our coaches scale the workout intensity to your specific capability, not the person standing next to you.
Why We Train Differently
At 367 Crossfit, our programming is built on one simple truth: intensity is relative. When you walk into our box in Punjabi Bagh, you aren't just joining a gym; you are joining a collective of people who want to move better, lift better, and live well for the long haul.
Scaling for Everyone
Many people hesitate to start because they think CrossFit is too intense. The reality is that we adapt every session to the individual. If you cannot do a standard pull-up or squat with a barbell yet, we use scaling options. We replace movements with variations like incline push-ups or ring rows to build the foundation you need. You start exactly where you are, and we progressively overload your training as you get stronger.
The 367 Community
We pride ourselves on the 'Sab apne hi hain' (everyone is family) atmosphere. You will see this in our Saturday Partner WODs or when our crew trains together for the New Delhi Marathon. We hold each other accountable, push past barriers, and celebrate the small wins, like a first squat clean or a successful deadlift session. We don't just build bodies; we build confidence.
Our Facility Standards
We invest in proper gear because safety is non-negotiable. You get access to imported Rogue Ohio bars, bumper plates, and Concept 2 rowers, all under the supervision of Level 1 and Level 2 certified coaches. We track your progress, check your form, and ensure you are working hard in a safe, controlled, and encouraging environment.
367 Crossfit
We aren't here to chase six-packs for the summer. We are here to build real strength that helps you move well for life. Sab apne hi hain (everyone is family here), so expect to sweat, laugh, and push through those tough sessions alongside the rest of the tribe.
